The story
The problem
A small business needs complete accounting, and the alternatives are costly annual subscriptions or a monthly accountant beyond its means.
What I built
A 22-sheet interconnected Excel system covering the full cycle: chart of accounts, customers and vendors, inventory, sales and purchases, cash, journal entries, fixed assets, payroll, VAT, trial balance, financial statements, reconciliations, aging reports and monthly performance.
